Priority of Graphics
Well. Okay. So it's no big secret that there's lots of graphics bugs in the game. A quick look in the Game Bugs forum, or just opening Guild Wars and taking a look, will tell you that.
But how important is it to you for graphical issues to be resolved?
Myself, I put them at pretty high priority. The gameplay at this point is fun, even if there's bugs to trip over and balancing issues to smooth out, it's still in a very playable state.
That said, I spend a lot of time on things like my armor and equipment, as well as exploration of the world. I want things to look nice, and so clipping issues, shoddy textures, and otherwise all sorts of graphic bugs really get on my nerves. After all, I spent a large amount of time getting all my armors and weapons, I at least want them to look good without my boots clipping through my leggings and my head poking through my collar and my skin changing color with my new pants and my cape slicing my shirt in half, etc etc.
You?

My system runs this game with every setting maxed out, 4x AA and I don't notice anything short of crisp.

It depends on how apparent the glitch is. If it's something like Primeval Warrior or Silver Eagle gauntlets poking through my shield, that's pretty noticeable and annoying. But if it's just a little clipping error on his legs or something then I could really care less.

Clipping really doesn't bother me much after playing so many games. Even the best looking ones clip constantly.
Only graphical issues (not even bugs, just things that irk me) I have a problem with are the gigantic female necks and the lack of a running forward + strafing animation while sprinting (it just uses the running forward one).

to be completely honest I haven't noticed any. even some of the things others have reported, I've looked at the exact same pieces of armor or weapons and haven't noticed anything wrong. then gone back and re-checked after reading about them.
I think a lot of people take them a little bit too seriously. If a swords hilt sticks through the cape when you stand still, I could care less.
edit: Actually thats not true, i did notice a graphic bug way back, shortly after the game was released. In one of the (back then) tomb maps there was a section of rocks near a bridge which was placed a couple of feet from the place it was supposed to be. But apart form that. nothing.

Clipping bugs me a lot. I hate it when things go into each other. For example, things with shoulder pads. Anything that makes your arms go into the air, your arm is going through the pads.

Lots of clipping issues in GW, annoying for the individual, not so much the masses.

For a game like GW it has actually very few graphical bugs. There are 100's of armor combo's, it's too hard to tweak them all.

Don't really give a shit. As long as the game's stable, I couldn't care less about little things like these. Call me weird, but I play games to enjoy them, not to stare at my character.

Some graphic bugs annoy me, like how the cape slips with 90% of my armor sets... I end up hiding the cape on most of my characters. Solves my problems in general.
Aside that, doesn't bother me too much. I'd rather play game that's not bugged gameplay-wise than graphic-wise, and it's pretty much what I got.

We always had clipping issues, but the armors coming with Factions and Nightfall have more than the early armors.
This is rather sad. It marks a certain sloppiness and downtrend in quality.
The armors have improved in style (not always - we had too many reskins and bad apples in NF and EOTN), but clipping issues have been much more disregarded. Armors and weapons/shields were not seen as a whole. They were designed without testing them together, due to lack of time IMO.
Armors often only look great as long as you do not equip any shield, weapon or dare to move. :>
Many glitches are so easy and obvious to see and solve (male Gladiator armor, the skirt "piss spot" e.g., or male ancient paragon gloves being transparent for people who highlight the wearer), it just shows that they were are are always running out of time. It is sort of annoying minor mistakes that happen when a lot of things are still not done and need to be done in time, ideally as soon as possible, if not right now or even yesterday.

Guild Wars has lots of bugs, but not nearly as much as other games. They don't even bother me that much either really.
For me it's about game play and graphics, both, not just one or the other. Guild Wars proves outstanding (Imo) for both, of course the game play in this game isn't everyones cup of tea - if not, go play WoW, but I like Guild Wars.

I wish they would fix clipping on more glaring items, such as the blindfold, it clips on just about everything...

bothers me somewhat, but I would rather the glitch team fix other bugs like broken quests and such than small graphical issues that dont impede gameplay.

Small graphic problems are part of any game. Doesn't bother me in the slightest.

Of course, when blatant graphic problems are around for months at a time, they can be a bit unnerving. It really lends itself to the school of thought that ANet doesn't even take characters through their own campaigns anymore.
For example, I just took a new Paragon through all the campaigns. I was shocked to find that the bridge to the 3rd Emissary of Dhuum in the NF Gate of Pain mission (ie. the Masters) is still missing. I first noticed this a few months ago, at least.
Right in front of where I'm standing there is supposed to be one of those glowy yellow bridges that leads over to that Emissary of Dhuum in the distance. Granted, I knew from prior experience that the bridge was there, so I knew where to walk, but new players may get PO'ed and confused.
For reference, here's the pic I took of the same spot a few months ago:
Yeah, I guess I could've reported this in the bugs forum or something, but I figured that somebody at ANet would've seen this by now. Hell, anyone who plays Gate of Pain and goes for bonus would've noticed it. FWIW, I've used both ATI and nVidia drivers, reinstalls of GW.dat, etc., and same thing.
One other point of interest: Ring of Fire mission in Prophecies:
This time the bridge appears just fine on my regular screen. Check the compass, however. No bridge. Don't know how long that's been the case, but it's a little weird.
